Steever Flannigan, AAP, CMIP
Regional Sales VP
With 17 years sales experience in the field selling Jan-San products, Steever Flannigan, I.C.E., offers a unique combination of youth,experience and expertise. A graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry School of Business, Steever jumped into the manufacturer rep business head first. In his current role, Steever will be responsible for directing the Territory managers in the southern region, assimilating new field sales reps into the territory, and interfacing with the companies manufacturer partners and ey distributor accounts.
Steever is a member of the Young Executives for ISSA and is CIMS GB certified. He is married to Lauren Bailey Flannigan, his college sweetheart. Lauren and Steever live north of Atlanta 7 year old daughter Reese Elizabeth and their 4 year old son Quinn.

Andy Doyle
Field Sales Consultant
Andy brings to the company 20 years of industrial and institutional selling experience with both distribution and end users. His results oriented style and proven leadership and management skills make him the perfect candidate to grow this market for our principals. Andy’s most recent experience mirrors what we are trying to accomplish at our agency. That is to simultaneously “pull through” product at the end use level while also supporting distribution and redistribution sales and marketing efforts.
With his experience as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Waterjel Technologies, a manufacturer of safety products, Andy spent his time helping manufacturers’ reps and their distributor customers sell his products to industrial end use customers such as General Electric, AT&T, 3M, and Nortel. In the normal course of his duties Andy called on local, independent distributors as well large Regional and National companies like North Safety and McKesson.
Prior to Waterjel, Andy worked for the HEPA Filtration Division of Nilfisk Advance calling on many of the same end use customers that we are seeking to build relationships with. Whether in the boardroom or the bathroom, Andy’s invaluable sales experience will serve our manufacturer, redistributor, distributor and end use channel partners extremely well. We count ourselves fortunate to have Andy on board are very excited to have him.
Andy will service the Southwest Virginia, Western North Carolina and Western South Carolina market from his home in Greensboro, NC

Billy is a sales representative in the Southeast VA/Northeast NC areas. He has been with Avision since 2016. Year after year, Billy has grown the volume of sales in his market with key clients and distributors. He enjoys saltwater fishing, hunting, and surfing in his free time. Billy's favorite Podcast is Pardon My Take and his favorite books are Into the Wild and The Operator.

Dennis Null

Dennis joins The Avision Sales Group with many years award winning sales experience in the Medical Device Industry, as well as several years as a specialty Building Services Contractor maintaining medical facilities. Upon graduation from The University of Alabama, Dennis began his sales career in medical sales. As a sales rep for 15 years his performance was rewarded with advancement in responsibility and ultimately achieving the position as Regional Vice President.
Dennis departed from the medical sales world and entered the janitorial business as a building service contractor in 2010. His experience as a business owner in the BSC field developed his passion for the Jan San industry and will prove to be an invaluable asset to the agency and its customers.
Dennis brings his passion for cleaning and creating healthy and safe commercial building environments to the agencies customers in Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. His experience in handling complex sales situations and dedication to solving both distributor and end user facility maintenance challenges makes Dennis uniquely positioned to help his customers throughout his territory.
Dennis is a graduate of The University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business and was born, raised and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife LuLu and their four children John, Maitland, Elizabeth, and Dean. His interests include attending his children’s activities, fishing and boating.

Garrett Daley

Garrett Daley is a field sales associate in the MD DC/Metro Area. Garrett has been with the Avision Company since 2018. He spent 10 years in Industry Supply, Facilities Maintenance and Healthcare fields. Garrett graduated from Frostburg State University with a B.A. in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing. Garrett is an avid sports enthusiast, especially during football season and runs a conversational podcast with college roommate in his spare time. Two of Garrett's favorite quotes that he pulls inspiration from are “Success isn’t owned- its leased. And Rent is due every day! J.J Watt” and “I Firmly Believe that any man’s finest hour: The greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear is the moment when he was worked his heart out In a good cause & lies exhausted on the field of battle VICTORIOUS -Vince Lombardi”. Mike Reeves is a Field Sales Representative that has been with Avision Sales Group since April of 2019. Mike started in the facility supply industry in 1995 and has worked for distribution, manufacturer’s representative groups, and manufacturers over the years. Mike thrives on being a difference maker for his customers.
He actively supports the Downtown Ecumenical Services Council in Jacksonville, Florida, by providing clothing to the underprivileged in North Florida. He enjoys spending time with his family and his many dogs.

Pat McDougal, CPMR
Field Sales Consultant
Pat McDougal joins the Avision Sales Group as their field sales consultant covering the State of Tennessee from his suburban Nashville, TN home. A veteran of the Navy where he served in Vietnam as part of Naval Intelligence, Pat is also a veteran of the cleaning industry having worked as a distributor, manufacturer and of course, as a manufacturers’ representative. Pat sold his original rep business and went to work with the Seco Mop Company as their National Sales Manager before becoming a rep one more time, this time for Rubbermaid Commercial Products in the mid-eighties.
Representing industry leading companies like Gojo, Clorox and of course Rubbermaid, Pat built a great agency which he then sold to go to work for Kelsan as their District Sales Manager in Nashville, TN. When that facility relocated, Pat picked up the bag once again and joined Flannigan Sales in 2009, and now The Avision Sales Group. Pat also gives back to his industry in many ways and was a founding member of the ISSA’s Young Executive Society (YES).
When Pat isn't working, he can usually be found relaxing on a lake, watching his grandkids sporting events, or traveling. He is a listener of Ted Talks and enjoys any book that James Patterson authored.

Chris Wishart, Northeast Vice President of Sales, handled the integration at Avision Sales Group after 20 years as the Vice President of Bull’sEye.
Prior to Bull’sEye, Chris served as the National AccountManager at Kimberly Clark commercial business. Early in his career, Chris worked has a joint sales resource for Scott Paper and Hoffmaster.
Chris earned the certificate of Mastery of Infection Prevention, Team Cleaning and Professional Selling Skills. Chris earned his BA degree from Montclair State University.

Regional Sales VP
Tim Johnson, Regional Sales VP for the Southwest Divisions, has been working in the food industry selling disposables since 1992. He possesses a CPMR Certification from the Manufacturers’ Representatives Educational Research Foundation (MRERF) and the Institute for Professional Advancement (IPA). Tim was part of the original Cinpak Team and is excited to be a part of the new Avision Sales Group. He will also continue in the sales effort in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth markets.
Tim and his wife Angie have celebrated 32 years of marriage and enjoy spending time with their children Stefani, Hannah and Jacob. The best part of life is watching their six grandchildren, Mazzie, Isaiah, Jaden, Camden, Landry, and Remi grow up. They currently reside in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Their hobbies and focus are God, family, work, golf, motorcycling and travel.
